Freelance Sales Policy

We believe in fair and transparent partnerships. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of working with us as an independent sales partner.

1. Independent Contractor Status

Freelance Sales Agents are independent contractors and not employees of Packer Mart. You have the freedom to determine your own schedule, methods, and strategies for generating sales, provided they comply with our ethical guidelines. You are responsible for your own taxes and benefits.

2. Commission Structure & Payments

Commissions are paid on 'Net Sales' (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns) for orders fully paid and delivered. Payments are processed monthly. Packer Mart reserves the right to adjust commission rates with prior notice. Detailed tier structures are available in your Sales Dashboard.

3. Code of Conduct

Agents must represent Packer Mart professionally. Misleading claims, spamming, or aggressive sales tactics are strictly prohibited. Agents must not make unauthorized promises regarding pricing, delivery, or product specifications.

4. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

Agents may access confidential information (pricing lists, client data). This information must not be shared with competitors or third parties. All marketing materials provided by Packer Mart remain our intellectual property.

5. Client Ownership & Legal Compliance

All clients and customer data introduced or managed during your partnership remain the sole property of Packer Mart. Any attempt to solicit, abuse, or divert clients to competitors is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate termination and full legal action to recover damages.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Packer Mart reserves the right to terminate accounts immediately for violations of the Code of Conduct or fraudulent activity.
